The Valga Municipal Government is holding a public discussion on the results of the public display of the draft decision on the pre-selection of the location for the Valga rural wind farm's special plan and the first stage report of the strategic environmental impact assessment on 28.04.2026 as follows:
- In the town of Valga, at the Valga Cultural Centre (Kesk tn 1) at 13.00;
- In Tsirguliina village, at the Tsirguliina Community Centre (Tehase tn 4) at 17:30.
At the public discussion, the Valga Municipal Government will present the written opinions submitted during the public display and its positions on them. The draft decision of the pre-selection of the location for the special plan will also be justified, including the chosen solution, the activities and objectives related to the planned construction, and questions concerning the special plan materials and procedure will be answered.
