Valga Municipality sells by public written auction 436,9 tm of stacked timber at an estimated starting price of EUR 28 000 plus VAT. To participate in the auction, a deposit of EUR 1 000 and a participation fee of EUR 100 must be paid into the account of Valga Municipality.

The timber has been felled:
- Linnamets 5 from parcels 222, 218 and 198;
- Linnamets 1 from parcels 70, 63, 64 and 66;
- Linnamets 4 from allocations 189 and 191.
The locations of the streams are shown on the maps below. There are also 3 metre firewood stacks at location 2, which are not for sale, they are marked in colour.
Tenders must be submitted no later than 23.02.2026 at 16.00 to the following e-mail address. with the keyword „Auction of timber 2026“. Please consult the timber before bidding.
The purchaser is obliged to provide the reports of the electronic measuring lines of the timber at a later stage.
The offer must include:
- the tenderer's name and place of residence or registered office, and personal or civil identification number;
- consent to participate in the auction on the terms and conditions set out for the auction;
- the amount of the offer expressed in words and numbers;
- signature of the tenderer;
- a document certifying that the representative is authorised.
