Your role is..
.As a leading specialist in dementia-friendly environments, to design a better living environment for the elderly and people with special needs.
Its main service duties include:
- Organisation of social welfare for the elderly and people with special needs;
- Assessment of the person's needs and identification of their interests, offering and organising support measures for the person, and initiating case management where necessary.;
- Organisation of home care services and coordination of the work of home care workers;
- organisation and coordination of personal assistance services and general care services provided outside the home;
- Assessment and organisation of the need to adapt homes for people with special needs.
We expect you to:
- a university degree in social work or a related field (or the acquisition thereof);
- readiness to acquire the profession of social worker;
- knowledge of the principles of social welfare and administrative procedure;
- Knowledge of the Estonian language at a conversational level.;
- extensive analysis and communication skills;
- empathy, sense of responsibility and accuracy;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- co-operation and motivational skills;
- Category B driving licence.
