The Valga municipality government grants the use of the catering premises with the area of 50.5 m located on the first floor of the building owned by the Valga municipality at Jaama pst 12, Valga town, Valga municipality.2 under the following conditions:
- The tenant shall start to provide the catering service no later than one month after the conclusion of the contract;
- The tenant pays the rent according to the offer. The rent will be supplemented by the incidental costs of using the premises;
- the period of availability is 5 years.

The offer must include the following information and documents:
- the name and address of the tenderer, personal identification code, registration code, contact details. If the tender is submitted by an authorised representative of a legal or natural person, the name of the representative and the document certifying the authorisation of the representative;
- the amount of the rent offered, expressed in words and figures, in full euro;
- a statement by the tenderer that it is solvent, that its assets are not seized and that it is not subject to winding-up proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings or a judgment of bankruptcy;
- a declaration by the tenderer that, at the time the tender is submitted, he has fulfilled all obligations relating to national or local taxes and that he is not in arrears.
