Project summary: As a result of the project, an argumented model of cooperation in the field of museums in Valga municipality will be created through an inclusive and guided process, which will also enable decision-makers to make well thought-out and well-founded decisions about the future, if necessary. Based on an analysis of the current situation, the cooperation model for museums in the municipality of Valga offers future perspectives for the sector from both a content and a financial perspective.
Project objective and results: The aim of the development of a cooperation model for the museums of Valga municipality is currently to check the quality of the content and financial analyses in the respective fields and, consequently, to develop common sectoral lines of action for the needs-based, systematic and sustainable development of museums in Valga municipality.
As a result of the project through an inclusive and guided process, an argumented model of cooperation in the museum sector in Valga municipality will be developed, which will enable decision-makers to make well-considered and well-founded decisions about the future.
