Valga Sport is looking for a swimming pool PROJECT AND SERVICE MANAGER, whose role is to develop public services, manage the team and ensure a high quality and smooth swimming experience for visitors.
Main tasks
- Launching and developing swimming pool services and implementing quality standards.
- Diversification of services for different target groups (children, elderly, people with special needs, families).
- Organising the work of the team and drawing up schedules.
- Networking (schools, clubs, communities).
- Analysing and improving the customer experience.
- Marketing and communication: social media, press releases, campaigns, events.
- Ensuring safety and, where necessary, carrying out risk assessments.
- Evaluating the results of the project and making proposals to improve services.
Requirements for the candidate
- At least secondary education.
- Very good communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of office software.
- Estonian, communicative English; knowledge of Latvian would be an advantage.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
Terms and conditions
- Working time: full-time
- Location of workplace: Valga, J. J. Kuperjanov 36 and Kungla 16
- Salary: €1700 (gross).
- Trial period 4 months.
- Holiday 28 days.
- Fixed-term contract (1 April 2026 - 31 May 2027), with the possibility of extension.
