- Continuation and promotion of the activities of the Sangaste parish reggae singing ensemble "Koidu Tähed";
- participation in events related to traditional culture;
- Finding new ways to learn about and practise cultural heritage;
- disseminating traditional culture and seeking new ways of cooperation with other associations;
- diversifying village life.

MTÜ Tõlliste- Puka-Sangaste mixed choir
The NGO was established after the merger of the municipalities in 2018. However, the choir is itself of a stately age. The Puka mixed choir was formed in 1971 and the Laatre sovhoosi mixed choir in 1976. In 2001 we merged to form the Tõlliste-Puka-Sangaste mixed choir. Today the choir has 38 members. We perform in both the Tsirguliina and Puka community halls.
