The company is requesting an amendment to the environmental permit to include and adjust waste types and operations, storage quantities and locations, the production of aggregates and the continuation of the construction of bund walls. The company holds an environmental permit of unlimited duration for the management of non-hazardous and metal waste, including storage, repackaging, sorting, shredding, recycling, production of waste fuels and preparation for re-use of waste, and discharge of stormwater into an outfall.
