The opening of the 35th Valga Art Month will take place at the Valga Cultural Centre on 31 October at 17.30. This time, the title of the art month is “TIMES”. Until 28 December, the Valga Cultural Centre will host an exhibition of creative people from Valga County, as well as an exhibition of Sirje Tooding's ink drawings entitled “Fruit Gardening with a Twinkle”. The opening of Art Month is FREE for everyone! N.B. There will also be a concert “Men don't cry” on the same evening.

In its 28 years of existence, the vocal ensemble Noorkuu has been convinced that direct communication with the audience is the basis of everything, and the new concert programme "Men Don't Cry" is based on this idea more than ever! The full title of the exhibition opening in the permanent exhibition box on the second floor of the Valga Museum is “Silver Beads and Tin Dust. 145 Years of Printing and Journalism in Valga County”, and it has been compiled by Kaarel Vissel, our museum's curator.
