Halloween week at Valga Open Youth Centre.
The opening of the 35th Valga Art Month will take place at the Valga Cultural Centre on 31 October at 17.30. This time, the title of the art month is “TIMES”. Until 28 December, the Valga Cultural Centre will host an exhibition of creative people from Valga County, as well as an exhibition of Sirje Tooding's ink drawings entitled “Fruit Gardening with a Twinkle”.
