The present Valga Local Road Maintenance Plan for 2021-2025 was commissioned by the Valga Municipality and consisted mainly of updating the Road Maintenance Plan 2020-2024 presented in the work "Inventory of local roads and streets in Valga Municipality and preparation of the Road Maintenance Plan 2020-2024".
The aim of the work was to provide an overview of the condition of the roads and streets in the existing list of local roads and to propose a vision of the necessary works for the period 2021 to 2025. Based on the vision, a road maintenance plan for the period 2021 to 2025 was prepared, which would serve as a guideline for the calculation of the financial resources needed for road works in the municipality's budget.
