1. Terms and conditions of the auction:
1.1. rendi alghind on 50 eurot hektari eest aastas;
1.2. põllumassiivi võib kasutada põllumajandusliku tegevuse eesmärgil püsirohumaana;
1.3. põllumassiiv on moodustatud plaanimaterjali alusel ning piirid on looduses tähistamata ja pindala ligilähedane;
1.4. kasutusse andmise tähtaeg on 5 (viis) aastat arvates lepingu sõlmimisest.

2.5. a statement by the tenderer that at the time of submission of the tender the tenderer has fulfilled all its obligations in respect of state or local taxes and has no debts to Valga municipality.

4. Tenders are opened for auction atte carrying out by the Commission 28. mai 2026at 14:10 Valga municipality, Puiestee tn 8, Valga town, I floor, room 100. The opening of tenders is open to all tenderers or their authorised representatives.
4.1. Minutes shall be taken of the opening of the tender. The minutes shall record the name of the tenderer, his identity or registration number and the amount of the tender.
4.2 The Commission will examine all tenders, and a tender will be deemed to satisfy all the conditions laid down.
4.3. If the bids are equal in the written tender procedure, the auctioneer shall give the bidders who have submitted equal bids the right to submit an additional written bid within 5 (five) working days. The contract shall be awarded to the person whose supplementary bid is higher. If the tenderers do not submit a supplementary tender within the time limit, the tenderer who submitted his tender earlier shall be declared the winner of the auction.
4.4. The results of the auction shall be approved by the municipality.
4.5. A contract for the use of the municipality's property is concluded with the winner.
4.6. If the successful bidder has not concluded a contract for the use of the property within one month of the confirmation of the results, the municipality shall cancel the results of the auction and a new auction shall be organised.
