VThe Municipality of Valga grants by auction the use of a room with a surface of 11 m in the building at Perve tn 30 in the town of Valga.2 ( see plan )
1. Terms and conditions of the auction:
1.1. the starting price of the lease is not fixed, it is offered by the tenderer;
1.2. the space may only be used for catering services;
1.3. the premises shall be made available for a period of three years from the date of conclusion of the contract;
1.4. additional costs related to the use of the space (electricity and water);
1.5. the user shall ensure the maintenance of the immediate surroundings.

2. The signed offer must include:
2.1. the name and residence or registered office of the tenderer, his personal or registration number, contact details. If the tender is submitted by an authorised representative of a legal or natural person, the name of the representative and the document certifying the authorisation of the representative,
2.2. the amount of the rent offered, expressed in words and figures, in full euro,
2.3. a statement by the bidder that the bidder agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this auction,
2.4. a statement by the tenderer that the tenderer is solvent, that its assets have not been seized and that it is not subject to winding-up proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings or a bankruptcy order,
2.5. a statement by the tenderer that at the time of submission of the tender the tenderer has fulfilled all its obligations in respect of state or local taxes and has no debts to Valga municipality.

4. Tenders are opened for auction atte carrying out by the Commission 15. April2026 at 15:05 Valga municipality, Puiestee tn 8, Valga town, I floor, room 100. The opening of tenders is open to all tenderers or their authorised representatives.
4.1. Minutes shall be taken of the opening of the tender. The minutes shall record the name of the tenderer, his identity or registration number and the amount of the tender.
4.2 The Commission will examine all tenders, and a tender will be deemed to satisfy all the conditions laid down.
4.3. If the bids are equal in the written tender procedure, the auctioneer shall give the bidders who have submitted equal bids the right to submit an additional written bid within 5 (five) working days. The contract shall be awarded to the person whose supplementary bid is higher. If the tenderers do not submit a supplementary tender within the time limit, the tenderer who submitted his tender earlier shall be declared the winner of the auction.
4.4. The results of the auction shall be approved by the municipality.
4.5. A contract for the use of the municipality's property is concluded with the winner.
4.6. If the successful bidder has not concluded a contract for the use of the property within one month of the confirmation of the results, the municipality shall cancel the results of the auction and a new auction shall be organised.
