The Valga Rural Municipality Government has initiated an open procedure for issuing a building permit for the construction of roads and facilities in the vicinity of the land parcels located between Karja Street, J. Kuperjanov Street, and M\u00e4nniku Street in the town of Valga.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building permit provides for the construction of roads and structures in the immediate vicinity of the land parcels located between Karja Street, J. Kuperjanovi Street, and M\u00e4nniku Street in the town of Valga. The arrangement for issuing the building permit exclusively covers the construction of transport land facilities necessary for servicing the business and production area. Separate building permits must be applied for regarding intra-property buildings and structures. The construction project is in compliance with the master plan \u201eMaster plan for the land parcels of J. Kuperjanovi tn 99, J. Kuperjanovi tn 99a and M\u00e4nniku tn 9 and their immediate surroundings in Valga town,\u201c approved by decision no. 185 of the Valga Rural Municipality Government on 03.06.2025, which is in force for the property. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The draft of the building permit and the project on which the building permit is based can be viewed on the Valga municipality website and by prior appointment at the Valga Municipal Government (Puiestee tn 8, 2nd floor, room 207) between 28.04.2026 and 12.05.2026. Proposals can be submitted by email to valga@valga.ee or at the Valga Municipal Government (Puiestee tn 8, 2nd floor, room 207) until 12.05.2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Valga Rural Municipality Government proposes to issue a building permit without public discussion. The discussion of the submitted proposals or opinions will take place, if necessary, on 13.05.2026 at 10:00 AM at the Valga Rural Municipality Government (Puiestee tn 8, Valga city), in hall no. 100 on the 1st floor. Participants are requested to inform of their attendance if possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
