The notification system is constantly evolving to keep pace with changing circumstances and opportunities. In order to ensure that the system works properly and that potential bottlenecks are detected in time, the Rescue Service regularly tests EE-ALARM.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next test will take place on 18 March 2026. On the day of the test, an SMS will be sent to mobile phones with advance notice of the test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the same day, between 15.00 and 15.10, notifications will be sent to the Estonian app and the \u201eGet ready!\u201c message. mobile apps, while at the same time you will see a bar text about the alert test on the ERR channels ETV, ETV+, the ERR.ee website and the \u201eERR News\u201c app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sirens will also be triggered. The sirens will warn people of the danger on the city streets. At the same time, you will see a ticker message on ERR's TV channels (ETV, ETV+), on the ERR.ee website, and in the \u201cERR News\u201d app informing you about the test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sirens will also be activated. They may not be heard indoors, as this depends on several factors: the soundproofing of the building, weather conditions, the location of the sirens, and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The siren test will be audible in the following locations:<br><\/strong>Ahtme, Haapsalu, J\u00f5geva, J\u00f5hvi, Keila, Kohtla-J\u00e4rve, Kuressaare, K\u00e4rdla, Maardu, Narva, Paide, Paldiski, P\u00e4rnu, P\u00f5lva, Rakvere, Rapla, Sillam\u00e4e, Tallinn and its surrounding densely populated areas (including Tabasalu, Harkuj\u00e4rve, Saue, Laagri, Peetri, Saku, Viimsi), as well as Tapa, Tartu, <strong>Valga<\/strong>, Viljandi and V\u00f5ru.
