{"id":8885,"date":"2026-03-09T22:16:54","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T20:16:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/valga.ee\/?p=8885"},"modified":"2026-03-12T11:42:28","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T09:42:28","slug":"koormuspiirangu-kehtestamine-valga-valla-kohalikel-teedel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/valga.ee\/en\/koormuspiirangu-kehtestamine-valga-valla-kohalikel-teedel\/","title":{"rendered":"Establishment of load limits on local roads in Valga municipality"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the basis of \u00a7 12 (1) of the Traffic Act, Valga Municipality Government Order No. 357 of 22 September 2022, \u201dValga Municipality Maintenance Service Statute\", clause 2.2.2.2.2, and taking into account the deterioration of the road conditions on the local roads of Valga Municipality in the spring period, Valga Municipality Government issued an order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-default\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">To introduce a load limit of 7 tonnes on local roads and private roads designated for public use in Valga municipality from 5 March 2026 to prevent damage to roads.
