Valga municipality government initiated an open procedure for the granting of design conditions for a warehouse building in the Kolga property in Rampe village, Valga municipality.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on the submitted application for design conditions, it is intended to prepare a construction project for the construction of a warehouse on the property Kolga, Rampe village, Valga municipality. There is no valid detailed plan for the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valga Municipality proposes to issue the design conditions without a public hearing. If necessary, the discussion of the submitted opinions will take place on 6 January 2026 at 14:00 at the Valga Municipality Government (Puiestee tn 8, Valga), first floor, room 100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The draft project conditions, the application for project conditions and the site plan submitted with the application can be inspected on the website of Valga municipality and at the Valga municipality government (Puiestee tn 8, II floor, office 207) between 18.12.2025 and 5.01.2026.Proposals can be submitted by e-mail. valga@valga.ee<\/a> until 5.01.2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
