Kadri Kallas has a degree in social work and rehabilitation management and has worked for a long time in the field of social welfare. \u201eI value solution and opportunity-oriented work that supports young people's independence and development. Youth Welfare Officers provide support for NEET young people, organise services and other help they need. The term NEET is derived from the English term \u201e NEET \".\u201enot in education, employment or training\u201c<\/em> and refers to a young person aged 15-29 who is not in education, employment or training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Katrin has a long experience as a social pedagogue, she has been an organiser of learning activities for students with special educational needs and a coordinator of the school support network. Katrin has also worked in Valga city and municipality before, so it is a good place to start, as she is already familiar with the partners and network members needed in child protection work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Supporting children and families, spotting their needs in time and providing the help they need has been Katrin's mission for years. \u201dAfter many years in education, I decided to take up the challenge of child protection.
