{"id":4115,"date":"2025-09-05T16:00:34","date_gmt":"2025-09-05T13:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/valga.ee\/?page_id=4115"},"modified":"2025-09-05T16:00:35","modified_gmt":"2025-09-05T13:00:35","slug":"keskkonnaload","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/valga.ee\/en\/ehitus-keskkond-teed\/keskkond-ja-maakasutus\/keskkonnaload\/","title":{"rendered":"Environmental warehouses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An environmental permit gives a person the right to carry out one or more of the following activities at the same time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>specific water use;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the transfer of pollutants from a stationary source to ambient air;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>waste management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>extraction of mineral resources;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>radiation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The existence of an environmental permit for the above activities is required in the cases provided for by law.
