In Valga municipality there are\u00a0the basis for the organisation of trade on publicly accessible land<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Valga Municipal Council 24.09.2021 Decree No 139\u00a0\"Requirements and procedures for the organisation of trade on public land\"<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organisation of trade on public land includes street trading and the seasonal extension of a point of sale. The Regulation does not apply to trade at public events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seasonal extension of a sales outlet or a seasonal sales outlet permit is granted by Valga Municipality.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The application form for seasonal extension and point of sale permit was approved by the Valga Municipality Government by Order No 257 of 6 July 2022.<\/a> <\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to sell his goods or services, the trader submits an application on a certified form, accompanied by the location and dimensions of the site of the seasonal extension or seasonal sales outlet, a description or colour photograph of the fixtures and fittings to be used and the other information required on the application form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
